concerning physical fitness, and eyesight specifically

This is not a regular degree, but a specialized licensing program

On completion of training a Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
Certificate (BAMEC) is provided by the DGCA which will makes one eligible
for a job in the aviation industry

BAMEC is issued in multiple categories such as LA (Light Airplane),
HA (Heavy Airplane), JE (Jet Engines), IS (Instrument System),
RN (Radio Navigation System), ES (Electrical System)

Post completion of the BAMEC, one can get the AME
(Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License) issued by the Directorate
General of Civil Aviation (DGCA)

Junior Aircraft Maintenance Engineers tend to have the lowest salaries, while more experienced
workers like Senior Aircraft Maintenance Engineers enjoy the highest salaries.
An Entry Level Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with less than three years
of experience can expect to earn an average total compensation
( Total compensation includes salary, bonus, commission and profit sharing )
of ₹1,80,500 - 1,95,000 per Anum. A mid career Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
with 4-9 years of experience earns an average total compensation of ₹6,35,500 -
6,50,000, while a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with 10-20 years of
